What we do

Offer free 45-minute clinic appointments with a dementia specialist nurse in a Nationwide branch across the UK and Wales.  All appointments are confidential and will take place in a private space within the branch.

Who do we support

Anyone worried about their memory, if you care for someone who has dementia, or live with a diagnosis yourself.
The dementia specialist nurses (Admiral Nurses) can offer advice to families and carers about dementia symptoms and progression, guidance on how to support someone living with the condition and manage changes in behaviour, advice on navigating the social care system and legal issues or simply provide emotional support to family carers.
