What we do

Offer free 45-minute clinic appointments with a dementia specialist nurse in a Nationwide Building Society branch. All appointments are confidential and will take place in a private space within the branch. You do not have to be a Nationwide Customer to access the service, it is available to everyone.

Who do we support

The dementia specialist nurses (Admiral Nurses), can offer advice to anyone worried about their memory, advice to families and carers about dementia symptoms and progression, guidance on how to support someone living with the condition and manage changes in behaviour, advice on navigating the social care system and legal issues or simply provide emotional support to family carers.
