What we do

Wednesday – 10th December 2025 Online via Teams 12pm – 1pm

We welcome you to join us for a talk on Falls Prevention. There will be an opportunity for questions. Everyone is welcome!

The session will be delivered by Alexandra Saunders (Physiotherapy Lead) and Claire Kathryn Jones (Pysiotherapis)t within CAVUHB

In the session we will discuss self management strategies to help reduce falls risk and the cover the importance of strength and balance programmes with signposting options.

There will be an opportunity for questions and everyone is welcome!
