What we do

3 face-to-face and 4 online singing groups to improve health, have fun and make friends. All from the comfort of your home

Improve your health and wellbeing, using a combination of specific relaxation/ posture/ breathing exercises, and having fun singing songs together. You don’t have to be able to sing to join us! Singing profoundly benefits health and wellbeing.

All groups are led by Udita Everett, a trained music therapist, First Nature voice/ breath/ body coach and Singing for Lung Health leader. She also trained as a “Singing to beat Parkinson’s” leader. Polina Shepherd is the piano accompanist.

Zoom singing group times:
Tuesdays 1 to 2pm,
Thursdays 11.30 to 12.30 (not every Thursday)
Fridays 11.30 to 12.30,
Saturdays 12.30 to 1.30

Sing For Better Health Zoom groups are weekly on Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and most Thursdays. Contact Udita for the Zoom link.
