Penarth Ageing Well Club is a great place for meeting new people and making new friends and a good place to come if you are feeling lonely or isolated in any way.This friendly and sociable club meet every Wednesday morning between 10.30am and 12.30pm at Glyndwr Community centre, Glyndwr Road Penarth CF64 3ND. The meeting starts with a variety of different exercises e.g Zumba, followed by a cup of tea/coffee and a raffle. Various other activities are also arranged including quizzes, film and special events through out the year e.g indoor garden party, and outings are also arranged.
