What we do

Citizens Advice provides free, confidential and independent advice to help people overcome their problems.

We are a voice for our clients and consumers on the issues that matter to them.
We value diversity, champion equality and challenge discrimination.
We're here for everyone.

In addition to our online information, advice may be given in person, by phone or by webchat. Some local Citizens Advice can arrange home visits and some provide email advice. Search for your local Citizens Advice on our website to see the full range of services it provides.
