What we do

We provide individual support, group support and signposting for individuals, family members, carers and others in need of emotional or mental health related support. We have regular activity groups in each area for social and therapeutic activity. We work with GPs and the local Community Mental Health teams and attend GP practices in each area at least monthly to provide assessment, advice and support.

Who do we support

For anyone in need of emotional or mental health support. We deal with adults and younger people 14+ as part of family support.

This service is for people aged between 14 years and 100 years.
