Training on a wide-range of equality and diversity related topics to public, private and third sector organisations. Courses range from introduction to equality and diversity and mental health awareness, to Equality Act 2010, Equality Impact Assessments, and engaging diverse communities. Courses can be tailored to each client’s needs and learning outcomes. Consultancy services on equality and diversity include one to one sessions on any policy, practice, procedure or initiative an organisation wants to build equality and diversity into; Equality Assessment Group with representatives across the protected characteristics; critical friends services; and facilitating involvement and engagement events or work with people from diverse communities.Research - surveys, engagement links, developing in-depth case studies/citizen journeys and producing briefings and reports on the most important issues to people from diverse communities.
