It houses up 4 single parents,their child /pregnant women.Kingsland provides high quality single room accommodation with ensuite as well as communal facilities such as a Resident lounge, kitchen, dining room and garden. We provide staff support 24/7 in safe and secure premises and the opportunity to break free from a homeless lifestyle.
Kingsland offers housing related support for single parents and their children. Referrals are received through WCBC Housing Options Team / Gateway.
This service is for people aged between 0 months and 3 years.
Yes - Residents are responsible for paying £12.95 a week self rent and the remainder of the cost is paid by Housing Benefit.
