What we do

Kingsland is a 4 bed Project in the centre of Wrexham. It houses up 4 single parents,their child /pregnant women.

Kingsland provides high quality single room accommodation with ensuite as well as communal facilities such as a Resident lounge, kitchen, dining room and garden. We provide staff support 24/7 in safe and secure premises and the opportunity to break free from a homeless lifestyle.

Who do we support

Kingsland offers housing related support for single parents and their children. Referrals are received through WCBC Housing Options Team / Gateway.

This service is for people aged between 0 months and 3 years.

Is there a charge to use this service?

Yes - Residents are responsible for paying £12.95 a week self rent and the remainder of the cost is paid by Housing Benefit.

Can anyone use this service?

You can apply to live at Kingsland by contacting Wrexham County Borough Council’s Homeless and Housing Options Department.
