What we do

Nacro's services are funded by Conwy Housing Support Grant. We work with service users to develop independent living skills and help them develop the skills to maintain a tenancy, we create a support plan with the service user, tailored to their individual needs. The Floating Support service may be provided this in the service user’s own home or in any other venue agreed between them and their Project Worker.

The Supported Housing scheme provides accomodation to four people in Conwy properties owned by north Wales housing . Nacro manages these properties. We provide both a landlord and advocate role, working to support single men and women aged 16+ who have been referred through the Conwy supporting People single Pathway.

Who do we support

The Floating support scheme provides a service to people aged 16+ , who require support to develop independent living skills and maintain their tenancy.
The supported housing service is for ex-offenders or those at risk of offending, aged 16 + willing and wanting to change and in need of support to achieve this.

This service is for people aged 18+.
