What we do

Early Years Inclusion is part of the Flying Start Programme. It aims to provide support to children aged 2-4yrs with additional learning needs to access community based pre-school provision.
Our aim is to ensure children with Additional Learning Needs are supported at the earliest possible opportunity and that by providing early intervention we can ensure that children receive timely support.
We also co-ordinate with the pre-school settings to ensure that children are able to access pre-school provision and Early Years Practitioners have the necessary skills, experience and training to offer quality intervention to meet children’s individual needs.
In addition, we also work closely with Early Years Settings to ensure smooth and robust transition arrangements as children move on to school.
