What we do

The Parent Support Service is part of the Families First /Flying Start Programme and is here to give advice, tips, information and guidance on your child’s development. It aims to enhance positive family experiences, improve parent-child and parent-parent relationships and increase their confidence. We offer one to one parent support but also group interventions that include the suite of:
• Welcome to the World Programme
• Incredible Years Baby, Toddler
• Solihull
• Parent Nurture Programme
• Take 3
• New Forest Parenting Programme
• EarlyBird, EarlyBird+ and EarlyBird Teen Life
• Dads Group

Intervention is offered to parents and families based on the age and need of the child. Programmes range from Babies aged under 6 months up to parents of teenagers aged 16. The parent support intervention is also specialised and offers group support for parents with children diagnosed with ASD and AD/HD
