What we do

West Wales Care & Repair helps older home owners and private tenants to repair, adapt and maintain their homes. This can include:

Home Energy Advice
Small aids/equipment and minor adaptations e/g grabrails, stair rails, bathing aids
Benefits Advice & Signposting
Assisting with safe hospital discharge
Advice on safety in the home
Advice & support to apply for grants/benevolent funds

We do this to help older people remain living at home independently in warm, safe and accessible homes.

Who do we support

Older people or people with disabilities living in Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire.

This service is for people aged 60+.

Is there a charge to use this service?

No

Can anyone use this service?

Older people or people with disabilities can self refer. Health and Social Care professionals can refer older people or people with disabilities if consent gained.
