Clarewood is a 24 Hour Temporary Supported Accommodation for homeless young people. We have 8 self-contained flats which have their own kitchen and bathroom, and 2 taster tenancies to help young people prepare to move on. We support young people to develop independent living skills, prepare for their own tenancy and safeguard them. We provide support with life skills, mental health, education, employment, money management, and more.
We support vulnerable Young People aged 16 – 25 years who are homeless, or at risk of becoming so, with Complex Needs.
This service is for people aged between 18 years and 25 years.

Any young person who meets our criteria can use this service. You can request a referral form from the Gateway Service at housingsupportgateway@npt.gov.uk, or for more information you can speak to our Outreach Worker at leah.welch@poblgroup.co.uk
