What we do

The Day Centre offers:
- Promotes well-being & healthy living
- Activities include gentle exercise
- Arts & Crafts
- Baking
- Reminiscing through 'Lets Talk'
- Monthly Pet Therapy Sessions
- Lunchtime meal and refreshments
- Assistance with personal care and support mobility

Who do we support

The Day Centres provide a day service for adults living in the community who need extra support to enable them to maintain their independence.

People can use their own transport to go to the Day Centres or transport may be provided subject to being assessed and availability.

The Day Centres allow carers to have valuable time away from their caring responsibilities.

This service is for people aged 18+.

Is there a charge to use this service?

Depends - This depends on the outcome of a financial assessment in order to determine ability to pay

Can anyone use this service?

A person will need to have care assessment from Adult Care Management team who will then make a referral for Day Centre if this best meets a person’s needs.

Monday to Friday 9:30am - 3:30pm, throughout the year, excluding bank holidays & designated staff training days.
