What we do

There are a number of ways we can support you. For instance, you can call our Helpline which is a free, impartial and confidential telephone service for older people, their families, friends, carers and health professionals. We have a large range of award-winning information, free on our website or through printed guides. We provide detailed advice on benefits, care and housing and can help you to deal with a range of issues you may be facing. We also run regular webinars for people aged 65+ to hear about issues that matter to you.

If you’d like to find out how you can get support from us, give us a call on: 0800 319 6789.
