What we do

Better Cardiff offers multiple facilities and boasts a highly qualified team of instructors who deliver numerous Group Fitness Classes .

In addition we also provide swimming pools, state of the art gyms and many other fantastic facilities and activities.

Better Eastern Leisure Centre also offers a wide range of memberships at competitive prices.

Better Eastern is a vibrant facility and offers a state of the art Functional Fitness area. If you’re a fan of group cycling, you’ll love our air conditioned Group Cycling room with brand-new TechnoGym bikes, a spacious, modern environment which retains a warm welcome thanks to its dedicated and friendly staff.

Facilities •25m x 12.5m swimming pool • Outdoor 3G pitch •multi-use sports hall • badminton courts • fitness suite • active zone/ dance studio • spin studio • meeting rooms.

Who do we support

Everyone

We also have activities such as Strength Basic for age 50+ on a Monday at 12pm and Yoga 50+ on a Thursday 12.30pm and Tai Chi Age 50+ at 1.30pm.
