What we do

Conveniently located next to Tredegar Comprehensive School on Stable Lane, our sports centre offers free parking for you to enjoy our extensive facilities. We’re open from 6am-9pm Monday-Friday and 8am-4pm Saturday and Sunday. Your gym session, class, or swimming activity can be booked online, via the app or by contacting our reception team either in-person or by phone.

As a member you can enjoy the facilities at Abertillery, Ebbw Vale and Tredegar sports centres with free access to the gyms, weights, pools and classes (please note that swimming lessons are an additional charge).

Who do we support

Tredegar Sports Centre caters for all age categories and abilities. If you are looking to increase your physical fitness, mental well-being or expanding your social group Tredegar Sports Centre has something for you. The big difference between other gyms and Tredegar Sports Centre is the community feel, catering for everyone and the swimming pathway from 4 months+.
