What we do

CfW+ is available to all people aged 19+ who are not in employment, education or training.
Communities for work plus (CFW+) is a voluntary project, where we can offer 1-2-1 help, support, guidance and training in relation to finding employment.

Dedicated CfW+ Project teams are in place across Blaenau Gwent to provide support, for people of all ages (19 plus) to engage in employment related qualifications, improving essential skills, confidence and in securing work, or training opportunities.
We can meet you in community venues and libraries at times to suit you, we will be able to help you to find your way to success or point you in the right direction.

Who do we support

CfW+ is available to all people aged 19+ who are not in employment, education or training living in Blaenau Gwent and looking for support to find sustainable employment.

This service is for people aged between 16 years and 80 years.
