What we do

We run dementia-friendly activities every Thursday from 2 pm – 4 pm at the Cathays Community Centre, The sessions are for those affected by dementia and their Carers.

Activities include indoor bowls, films, music, dance, bingo etc.

We also hold a Memory Café / Coffee Morning every Wednesday from 10am – 12pm.

The sessions are FREE and help can be arranged for transport. Refreshments are also available.
