Team Around the Family offer a coordinated intervention for families who have a range of needs that require support from multiple agencies. The service supports the whole family to explore their strengths as well as their needs, ensuring that all relevant services are in place. The TAF worker will hold multi-agency meetings on a regular basis to review a family focused action plan.The team help Children, Young People (aged 0-18) and their Families, who may benefit from additional support to overcome difficulties and make positive changes. We offer direct work with parents, children and young people as well as working closely with other services in order to get the best support to meet the identified needs.
