What we do

Care One 2 One is an independent, professionally operated domiciliary care provider established in 2012, delivering personalised, one-to-one home care across Newport, Caerphilly, and Blackwood. We support adults and older adults who need help at home to live safely, comfortably, and independently. Operating 7 days a week, 365 days a year (7:00 AM – 10:30 PM), we work alongside Newport and Caerphilly local authorities as well as private clients.
Our care services include:
Personal care – washing, dressing, grooming, oral and hair care
Medication support and management
Meal preparation and nutrition support
Companionship and emotional support
Domestic help – cleaning and laundry
Shopping assistance and errands
Monitoring visits and welfare checks
Escort to medical and hospital appointments
Post-operative and rehabilitation care at home
Respite care and holiday cover for main carers
Night support and overnight care
Dementia care and cognitive support

Who do we support

We support individuals living with physical frailty, dementia, Alzheimer's, stroke recovery needs, sensory impairments, physical disabilities, and mild mental health conditions. All care is tailored through thorough assessments and delivered one-to-one by experienced, compassionate care workers.
Adults and older adults in Newport, Caerphilly, and Blackwood who require care and support at home. This includes people living with physical frailty, dementia, Alzheimer's disease, stroke recovery needs, physical disabilities, sensory impairments, and mild mental health conditions. Open to privately funded clients and those referred through local authority social services.

This service is for people aged 18+.

Is there a charge to use this service?

Yes - We charge by the length of the visit this can be 15 min, 30 mins, 45 mins or 60 mins longer if necessary.

Can anyone use this service?

Yes, this service is open to everyone and does not require a referral

We are a 24/7 service 365 days a year, our office is open from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Mon-Fri and an out of hours service is available at all other times.
