What we do

Gymnastic classes are held in Neath YMCA every week. Perfect for anyone who wants to try new skills or become more physically fit.

Who do we support

Anyone who wishes to improve their fitness or get involved with new activities in the Neath area.

Is there a charge to use this service?

Yes - £4 per session

Can anyone use this service?

Anyone can come along to one of our sessions to see if it's right for you.

3 - 5 Years old = 4pm - 4.50pm,
6-7 Years old = 4.50pm - 5.50pm,
8+ Years old = 5.50pm - 6.50pm
