We provide the following services to families in the Vale of Glamorgan. All referrals need to be made by an allocated social worker:Vale Family Support Service – provide a range of evidence based interventions using a solutions focused and therapeutic PACE Trauma informed approach.We support families to make the positive changes required to keep children at home, safe and happy with opportunity to thrive. Support is provided directly with the parents and Young people on a 1 to 1 basis in the family’s home, community or at the centre, for up to 6-18 weeks.Family Aides – Work within Vale Teams 1 and 2: Providing practical parenting support to families. How to guides on home conditions, self-care routines, age/stage boundaries, & access to community with Young People.
