What we do

We provide housing related support, advice & advocacy to young people aged 16 – 24 to enable them to live independently within the community across a variety of tenure. The project has capacity to support 12 young people & can be provided for up to 2 years.

All referrals are made by the Vale of Glamorgan’s Supporting People Team.
