What we do

Neath Port Talbot Prevention and Wellbeing Support (PAWS) is available to anyone who needs housing-related support – regardless of a person’s age, type of tenancy or location within Neath Port Talbot. Our three centres also provide further health and wellbeing support and access to training, education or voluntary work opportunities.

Our dedicated PAWS support workers focus on the solutions to achieving independent and sustainable living. We offer support with:
– managing a tenancy
– finding private rented accommodation
– finances and budgeting
– substance or alcohol misuse
– physical or mental health issues
– training, education or voluntary work

We also offer a specialist conflict resolution service for those who have anti-social behaviour, family or landlord disputes which require mediation intervention.

This service is for people aged 18+.
