What we do

Recovery Cymru is a peer-led recovery community that supports individuals recovering from alcohol and drug use or seeking recovery. Based in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan, we foster connection, hope, and empowerment. Our community thrives on mutual support, shared experiences, and a belief that recovery is possible.

We offer:

Recovery Coaching: One-to-one support from trained coaches.
Telephone Recovery Support: Regular calls from recovery coaches.
Peer Support Groups: Face-to-face, online, and phone support.
Community Activities: Creative workshops and wellbeing sessions.
Family & Friends Programme: Support for individuals impacted by a loved ones alcohol and drug use - or their recovery.
Volunteering Opportunities: Accredited training to empower volunteers.
