What we do

Ty Hafan provides specialist palliative care to life limited children and their families. We provide this care for children and young people up to the age of 18.

Specialist palliative care may include end of life care, bereavement care, short break care, emotional support and outreach services. Ty Hafan provides this support to children and families across Wales.
Open 24 hours.
