What we do

EPP Cymru provides a range of self-management health and well being courses and workshops for people living with health conditions or for those who care for someone with a health condition. In Wales, there are a variety of self-help options available
• Living Well with a Long-term Health Condition (CDSMP) – 6-week self-management programme for people living with a long-term health condition and carers
• Living Well with Diabetes (2) (DSMP)– 6-week self-management course for people living with/affected by diabetes (non-insulin)
• Living Well with Chronic Pain (CPSMP) – 6-week self-management course. Chronic or persistent pain is pain that continues for longer than 12 weeks despite medication or treatment. Chronic pain can also affect people living with: arthritis, fibromyalgia, Irritable bowel, back pain.
• Cancer: Thriving and Surviving (CTS) - 6-week course of one 2.5 hour session each week.
• Fibromyalgia Self-Management (FSMP) - 8-week course
