Home visiting service assisting older (60years +) home owners and in certain circumstances 'private' tenants with repairs and adaptations to their homes. We can carry out a 'Healthy Home Check' to assess what might be required around the home, including advice on Affordable Warmth. We provide Technical advice on solutions. We can look for any grants that may be available to help with the cost of works and assist with the application process. We operate a list of 'Preferred Contractors' and also have a Handyperson scheme using directly employed tradespeople.
Mainly older (60years +) home owners and 'private' tenants living in Carmarthenshire. Some limited services for younger disabled people and tenants of council owned houses and Housing Associations.
