What we do

Provide home visiting support for families who are pregnant or have children up to the age of 15 yrs, through the provision of trained volunteers and Family Support Workers.

We Deliver Domestic Abuse programmes and a confidence building programme (Steps). We offer weekly sessions to improve Mental health & wellbeing and offer a weekly respite group.
We provide a counseling service from 5-18 years

Who do we support

Any parent who is pre-natal or a family living in Wrexham with at least one child aged 0-14 yrs
All groups are up and running

You need to make a referral, but this is open to anyone and can be obtained from the office, email or website

    Please contact to discuss your child(s) needs further.   We are able to provide specialist support to children with disabilities on a 1-1 home visiting basis
    We offer counselling sessions for adults or/and children from the age of 5 upwards
