Welcome to the Cardiff and Vale ACL partnership DICE (Disability Inclusion in Community Education) recreational coursesThese are a range of recreational courses to support adults with additional learning needs.Courses included are - Art & Craft, Discovering Art, Craft Pick & Mix, African Hand Drumming (Music & Singing), Let's Dance & Performance Arts, Music ad Movement, Pottery.The beneﬁts of attending recreational courses can be improved health & well being, an opportunity to participate in an activity you enjoy, increased social skills and the change to meet new people and make friends, Gain conﬁdence and learning a new skill.Courses in Cardiff are held in Llanover Hall and Park View Cafe, Canton. These courses are suitable for adults with additional learning needs who wish to participate in an enjoyable activity to improve their health, wellbeing and social skills.
