What we do

Welcome to the Cardiff and Vale ACL partnership DICE (Disability Inclusion in Community Education) recreational courses
These are a range of recreational courses to support adults with additional learning needs.

Courses included are - Art & Craft, Discovering Art, Craft Pick & Mix, African Hand Drumming (Music & Singing), Let's Dance & Performance Arts, Music ad Movement, Pottery.

The benefits of attending recreational courses can be improved health & well being, an opportunity to participate in an activity you enjoy, increased social skills and the change to meet new people and make friends, Gain confidence and learning a new skill.

Courses in Cardiff are held in Llanover Hall and Park View Cafe, Canton.
Courses in the Vale are in Palmerston Centre, Barry.
