What we do

Our 16 - 25 group meets every Monday and Thursday evenings. Mondays are online via Zoom and Thursdays are in the Wellbeing Centre in Llandrindod Wells. (Please contact us for a Zoom link) Group is a safe space where you will be supported and respected...
