What we do

Adult Learning Cardiff provides new and exciting learning opportunities for adults across Cardiff.

Why not discover something different and try one of our courses. Courses include - Life , portrait and landscape drawing. Watercolour & acrylic painting, Basket making, Lovespoon carving, Pottery, Stained glass, Jewellery & Silversmithing, Sewing, Embroidery, Patchwork & Quiting, Knitting, Dress-making, Upholstery, Gardening, Floristry, Creative writing, Guitar, Piano, Ukulele, Bollywood dance, Keep Fit 50+, Yoga, Cake decorating & Sugarcraft, Cookery - Indian, Mediterranean, Greek, Spanish & Portuguese and Middle Eastern , ICT - Computers & Internet, Languages - French, Italian, Spanish & British Sign Language.

Online Courses - Some online courses are available, making learning more accessible for those who may find it difficult to attend in-person classes.

Who do we support

These courses are for all learners age 16+.

Enrol by phone: call the team on 02920 872030.

Payment accepted by credit or debit card.

Enrol in person at:
Llanover Hall Arts Centre Romilly Road, Canton CF5 1FH
Open for enrolment Monday – Thursday 10am – 2pm You can pay by cash, card or cheque (cheques payable to Cardiff Council)

You can now also Enrol at your local Hub/Library where they can help you enrol online – payment by credit or debit card.

Some courses are delivered bilingually in English and Welsh, please see online course prospectus for more information.

This service is for people aged between 16 years and 100 years.

Is there a charge to use this service?

Yes - Course fees vary depending on length of course, please see the 'Learning for Life' course prospectus online, for further details on costs.
