What we do

This project provides a participants with a range of gardening duties to help to improve well-being and to learn new skills.
Growing Space is a registered health charity founded in 1992 specialising in supporting individuals with mental health, autism or a learning disability, to help build their confidence, develop social skills and improve their quality of life. With recovery at our foundation, Growing Space provides a network of support projects across Gwent, which includes horticultural therapy, vocational therapy and social enterprise opportunities. We also deliver bespoke accredited training programs covering personal development, vocational and employability training leading onto voluntary and sustainable job opportunities.

We also provide opportunities for volunteering within our projects across Gwent.
