What we do

We have a team of specialist advisers who provide a wide range of FREE advice from benefits to pensions and everything in between. We can offer advice on Welfare Benefits, Help to Claim Universal Credit, Personal Independence Payments, challenging a DWP decision, Benefit Entitlements, Housing, Debt and Debt Relief Orders, Bankruptcy, Financial Capability, Employment issues, Energy Bills, Consumer problems and being a witness in court proceedings and more. If you have a problem and want our help, you can call or webchat us for a short interview so we can find out what the problem is and help them decide what their best next step is. That may be giving you the information and support you need to sort out the issue yourself, referring you on to another agency or a solicitor, or making an appointment to return and discuss the issue in more depth.
