What we do

We provide Housing Related Floating Support to anyone aged 16+ experiencing homelessness, or housing related supported issues.

We provide a Housing and Wellbeing service for adults.

We provide an Assertive Outreach service for any adult experiencing rough sleeping/housing crisis. Alerts for support are received via Monmouthshire county council.

We also provide housing related floating support for young people aged 16-25 through our Monmouthshire Youth Outreach service.

Who do we support

The service is available to anyone aged 16+.

A Support Worker provides structured support to help individuals through the issues they are facing in relation to housing, finances, wellbeing, confidence building, access to training, education and employment.

This service is for people aged between 16 years and 100 years.

Anyone person can be referred via the Council's Housing/Homelessness department
