We specialise in Benzodiazepines , Z Drugs- sleeping tablets, painkillers, Pregabalin and other similar drugs of dependence with a wrap-around services that includes a Telephone Support Service, One to One Therapy, Advocacy Service, Group Therapy, Knowledge Sharing, Prevention Awareness and Private Therapy.During One to One Therapy the practitioner will spend time getting to know you, work with you towards your personalised taper schedule, support plan and goals. Once you have reduced your medication, you will be invited to join Therapy 300 which is a face-to-face group therapy, you will discover coping techniques to help to alleviate withdrawal symptoms, and learn healthy coping mechanisms to manage your moods, stress, anxiety and boredom. We provide an advocacy service, implementing a tapering schedule that suits the patient.
