Have choice and take control
Mind, Body and Spirit - aims to improve the health and wellbeing of carers through a mix of feel-good and practical training sessions. We appreciate how challenging it can be to care for someone else so we can offer a range of regular activities such Mindfulness, Singing and Yoga. We also run creative sessions such as Painting, Drawing and Felting with wool. Come and learn something new, meet other carers and also enjoy some valuable time out to relax.
Carers - anyone who is looking after a child, parent, relative, partner or friend who, due to illness or disability, cannot manage without them
This service is for people aged between 18 years and 25 years.
