What we do

ELITE Supported Employment is a registered charity empowering disabled and disadvantaged people across South, Mid and West Wales. Our mission is far-reaching. We support hundreds of people every year with vocational opportunities, training and employment through our wide network of partnerships, funders and stakeholders, and our four Social Enterprises.

Who do we support

ELITE are experts in enabling people to transform their lives and find jobs. Our person-centered approach supports a diverse range of people with various barriers to employment to develop workplace skills. The core values of Supported Employment underpin our practices. They have driven the creation of our Social Enterprises. We believe everyone can work with the right job and the right assistance. Our inclusive support is built around the individual to promote choice and career satisfaction, enabling our participants to meet their life goals and aspirations.
