What we do

Grangetown Hub Dementia Friendly Café:
Monday’s 10.30-11.30am, at Grangetown Hub; we serve tea/ coffee/ biscuits, engage in chatting and adult colouring. We then have some gentle exercises and finish off with a sing along… it’s great. If people come along early (10 onwards that’s fine, but 10.30-11.30am is what we advertise).It’s not a drop off, people come with their loved ones/ carer.

Who do we support

The Grangetown Hub Dementia Friendly Café is for those living with dementia, their friends, family and carers.

This service is for people of all ages.
