What we do

The objective of the club is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for women to run together, to have fun, make contact with other like minded women and encourage the achievement of personal goals. We meet 6.30 p.m. by the entrance to Tesco Terra Nova Way Penarth, Mondays and Thursdays in the Winter and from July to September at Cosmeston Lakes (once Monthly at Cosmeston). Also 8.30 a.m by Penarth Library every Sunday, all runners have to prebook on eventbrite, please contact for the eventbrite link. We do 10 week beginners courses twice a year. Is there a charge to use this service?

Yes - There is an annual charge of £25 which covers Insurance and cost of trained leaders and includes a club vest or t-shirt.
