What we do

At the Swansea PRS Bond Board we provide help guidance and advice for Landlords and Clients wanting to access the Private Rented Sector.
We can help with a Bond certificate to enable our clients to access suitably priced housing.

Who do we support

We work with clients who are homeless, at threat of homelessness or vulnerably housed.
