I have a special interest in teaching yoga to adults and young people with learning disabilities. I believe that yoga should be accessible to everyone regardless of abilities.Through collaboration with a colleague who is a RN (LD), we have developed a holistic approach in adapting yoga, to ensure it is accessible and fun to this unique group.I provide open weekly yoga classes and weekly yoga classes to organisations in South Wales who provide individualised day services and activities to adults with learning disabilities.The Open classes are held at Bedwas Gymnastic Club Caerphilly. However since March 2020 all classes are delivered via an online platform.
Groups and charities that support Teenagers (age 11+) and adults with physical and learning disabilities. Including their families and support workers.
This service is for people of all ages.
