What we do

To improve both patient flow and the patient experience at the ED department at UHW. This is achieved by having a presence in the department & providing support to members of the public and also supporting, where appropriate, individuals to return home & connecting them into other support services in order to avoid the risk of readmission/presenting again at the ED department.

Individuals aged 18 & above who present to UHW ED department.

This service is for people aged 18+.
