What we do

We are a registered charity that provides emotional and practical support for anyone supporting someone with cancer. All our services are free of charge.

Thanks to National Lottery support, we offer 'Well-being Tuesday- yoga with Mel' begins. 12:30-1:30pm, Online via Facebook or our You Tube Channel
We are open to any one affected by cancer of all abilities. We always aim to adapt the sessions to your needs and it's a chance to nurture yourself and take some 'me time'

Who do we support

We provide free support to patients, carers, friends and families affected by cancer. We recognise and understand that family and friends are also affected by the changes that come with a cancer diagnosis.

This service is for people of all ages.
