We support vulnerable people who are homeless (rough sleeping or in emergency temporary accommodation), or facing homelessness by providing advice and support to secure accommodation, resettle into accommodation and sustain their accommodation, preventing repeat homelessness. We work around your support needs and we will review what you need regularly to make sure you will be able to maintain your tenancy. We provide support and advice from St Mary's hostel, Bangor and also have regular presence at drop-ins at other accessible locations across Gwynedd.
We support people who have complex needs and work with street homeless people who have difficulty finding and maintaining their tenancy.
This service is for people aged 18+.

Access to the service is either self referral or speaking to a member of our Team on the street. Referrals can also be made via support agencies such as Probation, Womens' Aid, SMS and SPOA
