What we do

Wrexham Fencing Club was established in 1992. We are dedicated to fencing and training of the highest standards. The Club has a great social atmosphere and the mix between competition fencers and social fencers has proven to be part of the reason why the club has grown so well over the years.

Wrexham Fencing Club meet on Friday Evenings (during the academic year, roughly September to June) at the Clywedog Leisure and Activity Centre, Clywedog School, Ruthin Road, Wrexham LL13 7UB.

Who do we support

Everyone

Junior Club
Girls and boys aged between 8 and 13 are welcome to join our Junior Club, whether they are professional fencers or beginners.

Senior Club
The Senior club meets on Friday Evenings between 7:30pm and 9:00pm

Beginners Course – 6 weeks
The beginner's course is targeted at fencers who have no previous experience of the sport.
Fees for the course are £30.00.

Strength and Conditioning Training
Between 6:15pm and 7:15pm the club runs a strength and conditioning session for the senior fencers.

Is there a charge to use this service?

Yes - Fees are on request

Fees are payable either yearly in advance or by 12 monthly instalments via standing order
