What we do

New Horizons offers a range of courses, support, and activities promoting emotional wellbeing, with a focus on mental health.

Who do we support

Whether you are an individual wishing to access our services or have a general enquiry regarding support in the wider community, you are a friend, carer or family member, or an organisation, please feel at ease to contact us.

We cover the Cwm Taf Morgannwg area, including Merthyr Tydfil, Rhondda Cynon Taff, and Bridgend.

This service is for people aged 18+.
