What we do

Settled is OISC Level 3 registered charity with the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner under the organisation number: N201900057.

Our mission is to help those EU citizens who are at risk of losing their right to live and work in Wales after Brexit and to help them protect and exercise their rights. Since March 2022 we are also providing support services to Ukrainian citizens seeking sanctuary in Wales.

We aim to guide, inform and assist those in need of help with the EU Settlement Scheme application process as well as those in need of help with any of the three Ukrainian visa schemes established in 2022.

Who do we support

Settled is a charity working with vulnerable and hard to reach EU/EEA citizens in Wales and their family members.

Every EU/EEA citizen living in Wales must have applied for Settled or Pre-Settled Status before 30th June 2021.

We can help with late applications, challenging refusals, applications for joining family members and switching from pre-settled status to settled status.

We are actively building partnerships with other organisations to reach as many EU citizens as possible and make sure nobody is left behind.

Since March 2022, we also provide advice on the three Ukraine visa schemes. This service is for Ukrainians in the UK or overseas and hosts. We cover immigration rights and broader rights of housing, education, etc. (We do not assist in 'matching' directly).

We can provide support in a number of languages. These are; English, Polish, Italian, Bulgarian, Spanish, Romanian, Slovak, Ukrainian and Russian.

This service is for people of all ages.
